No Feedback and still endless calls

This is follow up to my previous review. i am unable to respond or edit the review.

Car track has not responded to me since my review. i have been receiving calls from their account department and with the same thing your account is in areas and will explain to them that i have paid and They will say their system has not updated. f? when will their system update and when will i get feedback? i am getting calls everyday from Car Track and nothing is been done with my information and they will confirm that i have made the payment but their system is has not updated. why are they calling me if their system has not updated?
