No customer service

Because Miway the best insurance that I am currently with advised me to take a tracker from car tracker, I had to sign up with them. But they only care for new business once you sign their contract, you own your own.. After they deducted money from my account without my permission simply because they had debicheck active, I contacted them via email and got a response that they will get the department responsible to get in touch. Instead of someone calling me back to resolve the issue, they send me WhatsApp that they not getting money from my account. I still don't understand what more money you want to get from my account. Why don't we resolve the ongoing issue first before we start threatening each other with legal action. If it wasn't for Miway, I wouldn't have signed up and will definitely ask Miway to use alternatives if possible.
