No Customer Service - Cartrack

I have phoned Cartrack multiple times regarding the tracking unit that is incorrectly installed. The unit drains all my battery and I phone on a regular basis to try and get the unit refitted/repaired with no success. I get transferred on calls (multiple times) and even tried to cancel my subscription due to no service with no success. Probably the worst service I have ever received from a company.
