No customer service @ Cartrack

#Cartrack where there are just no customer service. My vehicle has not been tracking for almost 4 weeks now. Trying to get hold of someone to help is just impossible. Eventually made an appointment for Friday for technician to come out, but did not pitch - waited whole day at said location -not even a phone call.... and still they don't come back to me. Sending emails to CEO group also no impact. Whatever you do stay away from Cartrack - so many problems with units on our vehicles.
