No communication there just deduct money

No communication there just deduct money.i called on 21st of August 2024 to make cancelation and I was told that the contract is canceled but they will deduct double amount month end then I agreed,boom deduction month end of September I reversed the amount thats when I have being called but a rude lady telling me that I must pay the amount without even listening to what I was saying,then transferred me to Kgotso. Kgotso went into details why they still deduct and what is the procedure to cancel,the 21 days of cancelation and m still covered until when. Thank you Kgotso.
