No communication from cartrack

Really struggling to communicate with Cartrack since the beginning, agreed to contrack but struggled to arrange installation of devices, since installation all of a sudden i get debit order for R1100, with no explanation, once again no communication or feedback, now i get a 10 day notification and my tracker disabled. Even after responding to the 10day notification from cartrack, no feedback again So i don't know the way forward
