No cartack for me

I have bought a new car, where i had to find out a previous owner had installed a cartrack tracker already, now from last week i have been teying to get that thing activated on my name but cartrack will just not call back and get it sorted, if my car gets ****** while im being delayed by you, you will be held accountable
