NO CALL, NO TECHNICIAN, 24/7 ACTIVE CAR ON APP, INCORRECT TRIPS, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE PAID FOR.

Honestly the Most unreliable system I have had, Firstly I have a car that's always active on the App. For the longest of time by app has given this error, furthermore , I also get random, non existent trips on my cars. and the biggest of all issues, i have trips clearly showing a skipped location,I called in to complain about this specific issue, and I was told that perhaps the car lost sign, I was also told that i was notified by sms that my tracker was faulty and I had not gotten back to them for a technicial to assist , a few months ago. I then asked that , the appointment with the technician be scheduled to rectify these issues, I was told ill get a call concerning this. Again months later, NO CALL, NO TECHNICIAN, 24/7 ACTIVE CAR ON APP, INCORRECT TRIPS, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE PAID FOR.
