No assistance for 3 months

Car Track is actually pathetic i have called numerous times for them to sort out a technical issue since Aug, and to date i have received no calls to come and check it out, after being told a query was logged. it is almost 3 months that i have not received proper service, i have called them numerous times today and they all put me through to the scheduling department which i don't even know why they exist as no one answers calls. the service from car track is honestly pathetic
