No alert when battery is removed

I phoned Cartrack about 3 weeks ago because I was replacing a battery in my car however it did not alert them and I was informed that it has been sorted out, on Saturday I removed the battery again and still did not alert them. I have been paying for a tracker that does not work basically, Cartrack is taking money from clients and do not provide the service.
