NO ACCESS TO MY VEHICLES AND NO RESPONSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM

I want to say Cartrack has the worst service, but I can't do that as Cartrack gives NO SERVICE.

I can't access any of the vehicles on our profile. As a company with 38 vehicles in our fleet I need to see where the vehicles are all the time, but since I can't access the vehicles, how am I supposed to run a business?

I sent an email 5 days ago - NO RESPONSE!

I tried calling numerous times, but the line cuts off before it's even answered. (And yes it is the correct number as I reached them on that number before - not that that helped my problem or their bad service)

WORST COMPANY TO DO YOUR TRACKING, AS THEY HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS AND DON'T SOLVE ANYTHING.

So I get an automated response, but still no effort to fix the problem?

My Managers want answers from me, but I can't tell them anything except that your **** Cartrack company gives NO RESPONSE!

I need to see the vehicles history!!!

We pay you every month, but can't make use of your services?

USELESS!
