Nightmare service

This was the worst experience with a tracking company I have ever had. Their service is horrible, clearly incapable of providing the service they promised, and then forces their clients to continue paying for the service they do not provide. I've had multiple account managers on my account, most of them resigning and handing me over to the next. I tried calling someone in management to solve the problem, but no one ever made contact with me other that the accounts department for money.
