Nightmare service

My unit is not even a month old and it is not responding, even worse i was not notified that my unit is not responding as my contract says so. It almost a week trying to call cartrack to come and solve this issue but they keep on saying someone will call me, until yesterday i called and ask for cancelation form. They then book a technician to come today at 10:30 am to sort it out. Now it 11:25 and there is no technician in my yard. DO NOT USE CARTRACK GOOD PEOPLE THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!!!
