Nightmare experience with Cartracker

What a disappointing experience im busy having with this company. 4 Months ago i had a tracker fitted to my vehicle. i have instructed them to put a debit order through so the R189 can be deducted on a monthly basis. They have been phoning me every single day ever since, as they cant seem to get this right, to a point where my blood was boiling because of the inconvenience. Im being harassed by different people on phone calls, sms's whatsapps it really is a nightmare please stay away from this company, they don't have a clue what they doing in their admin department. Now i'm begging them just to come and remove this item out of my vehicle, and that seems to be a uphill battle as well. They are absolutely clueless.
