New tracker not working, and installation looking shoddy

Since you asked me for a review, here goes...

I've been a long customer of cartrack, but having a tracker fitted to my motorcycle as well has left me doubting their level of service.

Installation took place and I asked the 3 gents if everything was fastened correctly, to which the answer was yes.

After doing my own inspecion (removing the seat) and basic fenders, a rattle on the righthand side revealed 2 loose bolts on the tail side and 1 completely loose inside a removable panel. Now I'm wondering what's going to fall off if I take it out?

Today they phoned to ask me to rate the service, after which I asked if the thing is actually working. After holding on for a few minutes the answer is that there's a fault and it's not. Apparently it shouldn't appear on my cartrack app, yet does but showing 500m from my house.
