NEW DEVICE DAMAGING MY CAR

Bought a brand new car last week. MiWay insisted that a tracker needs to be fitted.. I was totally against this.. anyway the unit was installed at the dealership. When I collected the car, there was a terrible noise at the front wheel every time I turn left. I took the car back to Toyota 3 times in 5 days,. 1st there was a plate loose or something due to the installation of the tracking device... the sound was a bit better but not gone. I took the car back again twice and was informed a AGAIN by 3 qualified Toyota mechanics that it is due to poor installation or the tracking device itself, and they are not at liberty to tamper with the devices and that I should get Cartrack to fix the problem. I tried this yesterday after returning from Toyota Again... after speaking to 4 people an arrangement was made to send someone 8am this morning (no one pitched). I was again transferred to another very rude lady who informed me that this was NOT an appointment confirmation... she was just interested in telling me they are going to charge me between R600 - R1200 if the device is not faulty - even though I tried to tell her that it's not ME that's saying its faulty, that Toyotas' mechanics suspects it (they also told me that 85% of issues with new cars are because of the installation of tracking devices). So what do I do now? Because it seems that they are purposely tampering with cars with installations or install faulty devices, just to get additional money out of us !! What if it causes damage to my new car - cuts the tyre, brake fluid pipe, cv boots or whatever - then it my fault again!! So, if I don't let them come look and my car gets ******, they obviously going to pin it on me for not reporting the fault (although they deny it) I'm am so sick of this (and it's only been a wee****! I feel like giving the entire care back !! Any recommendations, anyone?

You were never in contact with me - I had to phone several times on Monday again to get a repair booked !!
The issue was sorted out yesterday - there WAS a problem with the installation !!
Maybe you should properly train your installers, then half your problems would be sorted out
