New client who was promised a phone call to install a new device

Ever since I ordered a device to be installed in my car..its been over a month,all they did Is to upsell a new product that I never requested to me and I decline ;the then promised to call me to install a the device,I'm still waiting fir that call inspired of the bad service that I will get after installing it
