Never use Cartrack!!!

Cartrack has no interest in assisting their customers with any aftersales services. We requested them to look at our truck as the tracking systems stopped working. This was Around December/November 2024. To date September 2025 there are still 2 trucks not looked at as no technician is coming to look at the systems when our trucks are available. We have requested that the trucks be send to their workshops, they told us they cannot accommodate them there, thus they need to come to us. ZERO technicians has come for these two trucks. There is just absolutely no effort made to assist us. If anything happens to these trucks Cartrack refuse to take responsibility, but Cartrack is the one not making ANY effort to assist in repairing THEIR units !!! This is the most pathetic service i have EVER encountered.!! We have tried complaining to management, they just dodge and screen every call.
