NEVER USE CAR TRACK EVER!!!!

So i posted on this group for a installation that has still not been done in my car after I asked for it to be moved. They posted a update saying thank you for raising this to out attention and they will resolve the matter. Month 3, Insurance is not wanting to cover the vehicle. The debit order is still running, installations team calls once and says they will call back with a confirmed appointment. Guess what still no result.
