Never trust CARTRACK, THEY JEOPARDIZE YOUR SAFETY

I sold my car almost a month ago, I called car track a day after the sale to inform them that they need to remove the old tracker and reinstall it onto one of my other vehicles, they did not follow up nor did they uninstall the tracker, now that the dealership resold the vehicle the new owner cannot get a tracker installed, and I keep getting phone calls on a daily basis from car track asking me what is happening, which I keep telling them the same thing. Now they phone my mother in law who is recovering from cancer at all hours of the morning! How can you trust cartrack to track your vehicles if they cannot keep track of administration? If this is not resolved my close of business today, I will be laying a formal complaint to SAIA and VESA, your security license should be revoked, you have no regards to SLA'S TCF PRINCIPLES AND YOU ARE GOING AGAINST POPIA. Sort this BS OUT!
