I'm sharing my experience to help others be informed before they rely on car tracking companies, particularly when their promises fall short in critical moments.After trusting a well-known car tracking company to help protect my vehicle, I was left in a difficult position when my car went missing. Despite their assurance that they'd respond immediately, I found out that "immediate" isn’t guaranteed. Not only was I left without the support I was promised, but they’ve also refused to issue a refund. This whole situation has been exhausting and disappointing. To anyone considering a car tracking service: please read every detail of your contract carefully. Just because you pay for tracking doesn’t mean your car is fully protected or that you'll get the help you need when it matters most.
