Never trust cartrack
I got my new tracker unit installed on Friday the 5th March, the technican told me to download the app and someone will call me within 30min or 1h with the login details. to this day nobody has called and I haven't been able to test the unit. I have sent email to the customer care asking what is the login details and there's no answer. when I called the customer care my call was dropped when it was answered while trying to speak to them.
is it so difficult just to setup and let me check the unit works?

15 Mar 2021, 12:35I am very disappointed to the lack of service and assistance from your side, all you do is just to note the concern but do nothing afterwhat.....it's been 2 weeks and still nobody has helped me.
ALL I want not us just to cancel is peace, I have no confidence in your tracking ability now since you can't do a simple login details.
