NEVER LET THEM TELL YOU "WE WILL CALL YOU BACK"

<p>disgusting servcie from customer services and call centre, they too easy to pass the buck and tell you another agent will call you to arrange my repair on a faulty device, the device starting to switch on and off by itself from 24/06, every time the agent calls me to ask if everything is ok i ask them to make a record on notes that the device is faulty i have called in myself numerous times to book this repair while i am on the line, i have still not booked the device in as the Eastrand branch says its JHB who will service me but no contact at all, really disgusting service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
