Never join Cartrack
Unprofessional business, unprofessional employees who are always ducking and diving. These ****** people are charging me a full month for a 6 days service rendered! You guys are pathetic marn

22 Mar 2026, 17:29My querry was resolved, thanks to Andile Nkabinde from the Cartrack's social media dept! She kept a her word and ensure my profile was credit, and not only did she do that, she also phoned me back to let me know it was resolved. She did that when everyone i was engaging with from Cartrack would duck and dive and not able to say why am i liable for the fees but only want me to pay, saying that that the cooling off period only covers the cancelation fee. There's a lot i can say about my recent experience with Cartrack employees but let me not ...
