never ending contract

I had a tracker contract with them which ended in december. I contact them for termination of contract. To my surprise they deducted again in January. Contacted them again about this, they acknowlegded but still deducted again in february. When I reverse the premium they phone and tell me about arrears. Im tired of this nonsense
