Never choose Cartrack

I’m having the worst experience, Cartrack is a waste of your time and money, they do absolutely nothing to help. I traded in my car almost a month ago and my tracker is still sitting in my old car, I have phoned, emailed and used the WhatsApp chat line and have literally begged Cartrack to do a reinstallation, I’ve paid them the amount for it as well but they have not done anything, they don’t even communicate with you. No matter who you speak to, no help is given and they ask for a huge amount to be paid to cancel. So currently I’m paying for a Cartrack that isn’t even in my car and they want me to pay a huge amount to cancel, they even took the money R870 to reinstall and just don’t want to do the reinstallation. Furthermore when I put the Cartrack they told me that they do reinstallation for free, what a lie spoken to my face. You can’t trust this company
