Never Agree to what they say on a call

<p>This lady agent calls me from Cartrack telling me that if I take their service my insurance will be less every month. She says nothing about me paying Cartrack but how my insurance broker will pay Cartrack. Next thing I know they been billing me R190 every month for than 12 months. My insurance never even went down. I never agreed to CarTrack taking money from my bank account no terms and conditions were given. When I cancel this thing they tell me I must pay R2000. Never ever listen to this people when they give you a call. Now this lady from CarTrack Bomolemo Ditshetelo won't reply my emails but busy sending me sms that I owe them. I want to take legal actions against this as companies always trying to exploit us. </p>
