If you’re thinking of using Cartrack, don’t. I cancelled my subscription and received a call confirming that everything was in order, and that my service would be terminated on 4 May 2026. However, since yesterday, I’ve been receiving calls and SMS messages claiming that I owe them R150, despite the fact that I already paid R4,157 for the cancellation. Please be very cautious when considering their services.
