Netstar Cartrack cancellation

All good when you want a tracker installed they jump through hoops. On the other hand when you want to cancel after 5 years it is another story. I sent a cancellation on the 3rd of October 2023, no correspondence at all! After a few calls from them in March and April 2024 I get threatened with the credit bureau! I recent my original email in April then I receive a cancellation letter as well as ticket number: has been resolved email. Now I am once again threatened with the credit bureau and a letter from a collections agency is sent with an arrear amount + an amount for the call made. Wow!! Needless to say I will never recommend Netstar and I will Never Use them again!!! It is ridiculous that they take 5 months to respond to me and then demand an additional months payment from me. Surely a tracker is optional to the client to have or not??? I am extremely disappointed.
