Needs work on comunication

I app**** for a tracker to be added, at the end of this month, gave the debit order date , and even stipulated that I only want it activated at the end of the month, Knowing that my Account is not in the positing to be debited at before, On the 23' they run a debit for "pro-rata" cost, which then bounces. Long story Short They then charge me extra for there mistake, on top of the bank charges and the stain on my credit record. The amount is not the problem the principle of punishing a client for your staffs mistakes. The installer was Good, even the app is nice but This sours my opinion from the start.
