13 Aug 2024, 12:41After receiving great service from Nadien on confirming my appointment for de- and re-installation this dissapointment with Cartrack continues. My appointment was confirmed for 13 August 2024 12:00pm for the installation. No one called for any delays and after all I paid Cartrack for the service, there is still a no show for the installation. It is past the half hour mark late. I also have other things to do and am still waiting for the installer. What the heck is going on. Can Cartrack not just cancel my contract, pay back my installation fee and monthly subscription so I can get another tracking company for better service.

My re-installation was confirmed for 12:00 on 13 August 2024. No one came for the installation and it is 12:51 now. No one called for any delays nor change of time or anything. This is so unprofessional and I would like Catrtrack to cancel my contract, pay back my installation fee and monthly subscription so I can get a company willing to deliver service. As all know vehicles are ****** in SA every 22minutes and I have a no show for installation but my fees and monthly subscription are paid.
