My vehicle was at repairs and I was informed by car track that when my vehicle is out from repairs I must report to car track the vehicle is mobile,I call car track to report about my vehicle, the lady which was the operator she was not in a good mood, she ask me some funny questions,she didn't give me a chance to report or listen what my report and ask the lady to listen to my report first and there after she ask me questions, i was totally not happy with her actions, I ask myself is what I'm paying every month to be treated like this and i informed her that I'm not happy about her actions, on that day I was not treated like a car track customer
