My son just had an accident, driving all alone

My son just had an accident, driving all alone. I called Cartrack several times for assistance to tow the car. They kept on telling me they will call back but they never did. I asked them to assist since my son was taken to hospital and the car was there with no one but noone called me. I had a good relationship with them but this was something I can't tolerate and it showed they didn't care.
