My safety has been compromised by cartrack

Cartrack has failed to attend to my query when I reported to them in January that my devices are not picking up the exact location.it is only in April 13th they assigned a technician to sort out the devices,they read the terms and conditions to me because they know they’ve got themselves covered.As a woman in South Africa,I installed those devises in my car for my own safety, when I reported to them it was because I felt I needed them to help me promptly,now I told them I will not pay for months the devise was not working or I’m cancelling my subscription,they tell me that they will not cancel if I do not agree to their penalty fee , who was on the wrong here,why can’t I cancel cos they are not even rendering their services ,should I be kidnapping or killed how ill they be able to tracks what happened to the car.can anyone please help me
