My Nissan bakkie was ****** In 2022 and they failed to recover it, and i was not advised that they are failing to recover it, after a few weeks not receiving feedback from them I then opted to claim for recovery warrant and i was advised that i should’ve claimed within 48hrs of incident. My worries is that how would I do that without knowing wether they recovered the vehicle or not. today 2024 I was advised that my car is still active on their system and im still paying for it. Cartrack tandC’s only benefits themselves and binds the customer. Im still using their device on my other cars but I don’t have hope with em. I don’t think that after reporting incident they even go out to find your car as they don’t communicate.

You tried to protect your image, unfortunately your service will bad, your service is only good when we pay you, but when is time for you to play your part you fail dismally, everyone I know who lost their vehicle never get recovered/ even compensated for what you call warranty, no wonder why everyone I know is leaving car track.
