My Nightmares, bad bad service

My nightmares, bad bad service Since joining this company via change of ownership is a nightmare for me😭😭😭Their watsapp, they will reply late after 3 to 5 hours... The sad part is when you skip payment... You will receive watsapp immediately and they will reply immediately.. 31 st October... I contacted them in September to change deduction date to lasr day of the month.. Mind you, they tried to deduct on the 30 October, and in the morning date 31 October, received watsapp message that i did not pay and i must pay. I did reply immediately and i paid and sent proof of payment.. No one rep**** to me now, i send again message no reply again😭😭😭 now at 15:15 they debited my account again... I contacted the call centre, they guy was unprofessional on the call.. Its like im in those scarming company.. Now im told all the payments are not allocated and i must wait 48 hours and i must call again for refund which will also take 7 to 14 working days... Its bad and the sad part is my policy need to deduct, so its going to bounce because of them...
