My first time getting a tracker and disappointed

I can't see hoe car track can be a 4.0 rating cause I've now seen so many people complain about this company aswell as myself... Ello

Let's talk about Cartrack.....

I installed a tracker in my car in Feb and mind you everything worked on it and just after the guy left i descoverd that my horn doesn't work anymore, I phoned, emailed eect these guy's to come fix their stuff, but nothing, so i didn't complain when they deduct their money monthly, left, right and center, literally almost lost my life like 17 times since my horn doesn't work... So i decides to cancel... Now they want me to pay a cancelation fee witch I'm not cause the more i tell these people that, the more they don't listen, Cartrack seems to be a problem not only by me but by alot of people..

Cartrack i suggest you stop phoning me now and leave my car alone
