My Cartrack 3 years contract has expired in March I was only made aware in Sep. I was notified that I am currently on month to month contract in which my R150 000 line and void. Palesa Mohodi explained the whole contract renewal process. She also connect with finance department for billing information. She called me back after billing department. She explained the way forward put me at ease. I am really happy with her service it was out of this world. Most of all I liked her listening skill.
