My ****** car was not paid for

My car got ****** in 2025 in February, as I am a car track client I notified them about my missing car unfortunately they couldn't find my car however they managed to find the device somewhere in Soshanguve.

The contract that I signed with them was that if they are unable to get my car back they will pay a sum of R150000 however the failed to adhere to what we had agreed upon . The contract was finalised over the phone. They sent me a contract over the phone after it was finalised . Apparently my claim was not successful because there's a certain clause which state that I was suppose to do a quarterly test on my device. However The quarterly testing requirement was never disclosed to me—neither at the point of sale nor at any point during her contract with Cartrack. I was never verbally informed of this obligation, nor did she receive any communication, reminders, or notices that such testing was required to maintain claim eligibility. The only reference to this condition appears buried within a lengthy and complex Terms and Conditions document.

I had no reason to believe that failing to perform quarterly test she had no knowledge of—despite the system functioning —could result in a claim being denied. This lack of clear, direct communication on such an important condition is deeply concerning.

We've had countless exchange of emails but a lady called Kavitha Llala kept gaslighting us
