My car camera came loose
My car camera came loose. Contacted them to fix it. It's been 2 weeks. Still not fixed.

27 Sept 2025, 10:36Car track responded after I gave them a bad review to arrange for an appointment to fix the camera. They called several times to s hedulr the appointment. But today their technician was a no - show. When I called in to complain, the agent put me on hold, trying to locate a technician on my airtime. I hung up after 5 minutes. No cartracker. I'm appalled by your bad service.
