My car battery was ******!

Yesterday i woke up to my car battery ******, to my suprise i didnt get a call top alert me. I have had the device since Dec 2017. Nothing was said that i have to call every months to check if my device is still active. Gave them a call to let them know and i was told the above and that my device has beeen deactivated however they have been successfully debiting my account with no fail. This clearly means if i was gonna be hijacked, my car was not gonna be able to be tracked dispite me pressing the panic button. How do i take legal action because i asked for the contract and i was sent a Full Certification form which doesnt state i need to call every 3 months to check. Its pathetic that one pays FOR NOTHING, oh and if i want my device to be re installed i need to pay R600 like WOW!!!
