My Biggest Regret is signing up with Cartrack!!!!!

Cartrack has handed me over yet I cancelled my contract with them months before selling my car as I could no longer afford to have it. I was then told it wasn’t canceled even though I called numerous times. I then asked them to find the recordings of all my calls to which they responded they would investigate. 3 years later I am still fighting the battle to get a response on the investigation but every month they are deducting money from my account and have collectors calling me ?!? At what point will I get the recordings as this is my evidence that I cancelled the contract. In one of the conversations I asked for a cancellation letter as I sent an email to cancel but I am still battling. This is outrageous and utterly unacceptable!
