My battery from my car was ****** last night, no call was made to alert me about the battery removal

My battery from my car was ****** last night, no call was made to alert me about the battery removal. I called in today I was told my tracker alert is faulty and it needs repair. Why was I never told about it, instead car tracker has been calling me everyday after Augusg when my 1 year of free warranty ended asking me to take a warranty for repairs which I needed to pay for. But they missed telling me that my tracker is faulty. I checked it was flagged faulty since 16 June 2024 no one advised me or done anything to repair even though I was still under the 1 year warranty with them . Poor service, if they don't debit twice in a month they do this.
