My app didn't work and I had activated carwatch alert on my phone and as soon as I started the car without deactivating the carwatch alert I was called by Basetsana Mogalo. She helped me through the app and the service she offered was excellent. And I am happy to know that Cartrack is on standby anytime incase of any inconvenience I might experience with my car.
