Multiple debit orders in one month

Cartrack is not keeping their promise, I made 3 payments in one month. I made a payment using the link that was sent via WhatsApp of R195 this was on the 8th. On the 15th I was called and told have an outstanding amount I asked how since I paid the upfront and was supposed to be debited R185 today which is our agreement. To my surprise I got debited R244 on the 16th when I asked what's happening they said I was late with the payment. Today I got debited another R244 I don't know why. Zandile sent an email on Friday to tell me the matter has been resolved and ill only be debited next month. Please explain what is happening and update my account since I can't keep paying for nonsense. I regret the day I renewed my contract, I should have read the reviews first.
