My name is Vusi kambule I had an incident last year December right near the end of December where my car's battery was ****** in my yard. I am not happy with the service of your tracking company because I was never called by your control room when the battery was being removed from my vehicle. The explanation that I got was not pleasing to me as I have realise that my car is not safe. I was told that the signal sometimes acts up... not being informed when my battery was being removed, this hurts alot as am still continuing paying for services that don't deliver. Am not Happy at all with your service.
