Most unreliable company....

Absolutely disgusted with this company. On Monday 25 March 2024 I contacted Cartrack and explained to the sales consultant that I needed the tracker fitted before the Easter weekend as my new insurance policy starts on 1 April 2024 (i.e. Easter Monday). The sales consultant assures me this won't be a problem. On March 27 Wednesday afternoon just before 5pm the installation team finally contact me to arrange a time and conveniently tell me the first available slot is on 12 April 2024. So now I'm stuck with no tracker one day before the Easter weekend. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid this company at all costs....
