Most Unprofessional business in the Country

My experience with Cartrack keeps going from bad to worse. Scheduled a repair on my device for 10am today. 11:20am no one has arrived no one has called me so I have to call them, because they cannot be professional and advise me what’s going on. The scheduling department is the worst department of this whole depressing company. They tell me the technician they scheduled is not working off site today, so I must expect another one before 4pm. I have a job. Kids to fetch at school. I scheduled 10am for a reason, and they tell me well now I’m on dynamic scheduling if I want a specific time I must book another date. AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT THAT MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT DIDN’T COME. As soon as that technician arrives I’m demanding him to remove this tracker from my vehicle and I’m putting Cartrack behind me for good.
