More than a year to cancel. P.E. Branch manager is "Ja broe." Empty promises.

For more than a year I have been trying to cancel this service. Finally, I got the letter saying my service is cancelled. Now they want me to pay even more. To begin with I never authorized the install of the unit, nor did I authorize any debits from my bank account. When I raised the issue I was assisted by the Port Elizabeth office, and the issue was escalated to the Port Elizabeth Branch Manager. He has constantly just made empty promises to get the matter resolved, only to be phoned again and again by their debtors department, and harassed for more money. I have now been reported to the credit bureau as a "bad payer" by the Cartrack idiots for a service I never authorized or asked for. And the more I try to get this resolved the more I get told they cannot assist, I must pay a cancelation fee. They are thieving and unhelpful. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!
