money takes a month to be allocated?

i made payment to cartrack on the 04/04/2023 on their app, i also sent through my POP i still get calls everyday stating that i need to make payment yet my account is up to date i get told that my payment is not reflecting i sent the POP again AND I AM STILL RECEIVING CALLS. what is the reason for online app payments when the payments still dont get allocated? a company this big should be doing better. so on the 25th are you going to take a double installment because your employees are incapable of doing something as simple as allocating a payment?
